What to do when Customer claims Wrong Change

Be warned about devious individuals trying to swindle a shop out of a few pesos. 

Steps:

1. Know the amount involve.
2. Get their name and telephone number plus address.
3. Reconcile your transaction at the end of the day and if you find an excess then give the customer a call and apologize and give the change. 

Remember: Don't be an easy prey/victim of a con man/ woman.
